Studio Terms of Service: Regal Essence Beauty Studio (REBS)

By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • All appointments must be booked via our official website or approved booking channels.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • Clients may choose to:○Pay the 50% deposit only and settle the remaining balance at their appointment, or○Pay for their selected service in full at the time of booking.
  • Where full payment is made at booking, the deposit portion remains non-refundable in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
  • Service prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Where hair length, density, condition, or requested style differs significantly, additional charges may apply.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

  • The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment unless paid in full at booking.
  • We accept approved payment methods displayed on our website.
  • All online product purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of current or future bookings.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting REBS to resolve the matter may result in permanent refusal of future services.

At REBS, we are committed to delivering a professional experience built on excellence and intention.

If you are dissatisfied with a service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.
  • We may request photos where applicable.
  • We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, offer a corrective service at management discretion.

Refunds for completed services are not provided (see Refund Policy).

Clients must allow REBS the opportunity to assess and rectify the issue before further action is taken.

To ensure a smooth and professional experience, clients must:

  • Arrive on time for their appointment.
  • Provide accurate and honest information regarding allergies, medical conditions, scalp conditions, previous chemical treatments, or relevant hair history.
  • Follow all aftercare advice provided.
  • Treat staff and other clients with respect.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the outcome of your service, for which REBS cannot be held liable.

Children must be supervised at all times while in the salon. REBS is not responsible for injury or damage caused by unsupervised children.

Patch tests are required at least 24–48 hours prior to certain chemical services, including but not limited to colour treatments and other chemical applications.

Failure to complete a required patch test may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

REBS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where:

  • Behaviour is inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful.
  • Health and safety standards are compromised.
  • False or misleading information has been provided.
  • Policies have been repeatedly breached.

 

CANCELLATION / MISSED APPOINTMENTS: At REBS, we value professionalism, punctuality, and respect for both our clients and our team. The following ensures fairness and protects scheduled time.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in loss of deposit.
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once where 48 hours’ notice is given.

Appointments are considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
  • Late arrival may result in reduced service time without a reduction in price.
  • If the appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

We operate on a structured schedule to ensure fairness to all clients.

A no-show is defined as failure to attend an appointment without prior notice.

In the event of a no-show:

  • The deposit will be forfeited.
  • Full payment may be required before any future bookings are accepted.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.

We understand that emergencies can occur. In genuine exceptional circumstances, management may review situations at its discretion.
