This Shipping Policy applies to all product purchases made through our website.

 

TLDR;

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding Bank Holidays).
  • Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • During peak periods (November–January), processing times may be extended.
  • By completing your purchase, you agree to our Shipping Policy. 


Shipping Locations

REBS currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed withinb2–4 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, UK Bank Holidays, and public holidays.
  • During peak periods (including festive seasons, promotional campaigns, or high-demand launches), processing times may be extended.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm may be processed the following working day.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes will depend on the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times typically range between:

  • 2–5 working days after dispatch (standard delivery)
  • Please note:
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, Bank Holidays, or peak seasonal demand (including Christmas and other festive periods).
  • REBS is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Incorrect Address Information & Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.

REBS is not liable for:

  • Delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to absence at the delivery address.
    Parcels not collected from local delivery depots within the courier’s specified timeframe.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or absence at the delivery address, additional postage fees will apply for re-dispatch.

Refunds will not include original shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch before reporting a lost item.
  • Once reported, we will investigate with the courier.
  • Replacement or refund decisions will be made following courier confirmation.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence may be required.
  • We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Festive & Peak Period Notice

During high-demand periods, including November through January, promotional campaigns, and festive seasons:

  • Order processing times may extend beyond the standard 2–4 working days.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier capacity and national demand.
  • We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.
