Refund policy

At REBS, we are committed to delivering a professional experience built on excellence and intention. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking or purchasing.

1. Services

Due to the nature of hair and beauty services, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment.
  • Where appropriate, a corrective service may be offered at management discretion.
  • The client must allow REBS the opportunity to assess and rectify the issue before any further action is taken.
  • Failure to notify us within 24 hours may result in the matter being considered closed.

2. Deposits

  • All booking deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits may be transferred once if at least 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the appointment.
  • Deposits are forfeited in cases of late cancellation, no-show, or breach of our Cancellation Policy.

3. Products (In-Salon & Online Purchases)

In-Salon Purchases

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.

  • Items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Refunds for in-salon purchases outside of statutory rights are provided at management discretion.

Online Purchases

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Customers must notify us within this 14-day period if they wish to cancel.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.

4. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.
